To qualify, you must: Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photos of the issue, and include your order number and full name. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to damage or error on our part:
God Power LLC covers the return shipping cost
A prepaid label will be provided. If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
God Power LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Packages were lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as:

Replacement item (when available)
Monetary refunds are only issued if required by law or in rare, approved cases.
9. Processing Time
Once your claim is approved:
Replacements ship within 3–5 business days
